CPD Ready

Advancing Emergency Medicine Practice

All UKACE courses are designed to support your RCEM CPD portfolio

RCEM CPD Policy Explained

Important Clarification

The Royal College of Emergency Medicine (RCEM) does not "accredit" external course providers directly. Instead, RCEM accredits the learning event based on the individual clinician's reflection and the relevance to their practice.

UKACE courses are "CPD Ready." This means we provide all the necessary documentation—learning objectives, content mapping, and certificates—to allow you to self-accredit this activity within your RCEM ePortfolio.

CPD Credit Value

Each course typically equates to 3-4 CPD credits (1 credit per hour of educational activity). You can claim these as "External CPD" by uploading your certificate and a brief reflection on how the course has impacted your practice.
